2000 Articuno Black Star promo #22 Non labelled Error

This Articuno card from 2000 was accredited to the wrong artist (Toshinao Aoki) when the actual artist was Naoyo Kimura. 

This particular card has been graded as the error card and designated as such by PSA but it hasn't been put on the label so it is a super rare find. Non Labelled error cards are super rare and this is the first that we have seen! 

It is impossible to know exactly what the population is on this card as it isn't catagorised correctly which makes it a very rare piece. 

The grading by PSA is a Gem Mint 10.
